The Executive Chef at our popular Cardero’s Restaurant is currently seeking to hire an Assistant Pastry Chef. The successful candidate will be a mature and responsible individual who has at least 1 year of pastry schooling.

The Teahouse Restaurant is currently looking to hire an experienced Sous Chef.

A successful candidate for the position will have:

– minimum two years management experience working in a high volume, upscale dining establishment

– solid grounding of culinary skills gained through formal training and a wide variety of previous work experience

– inventory management experience using a software program such as Optimum Control

– a positive and professional demeanor while working in a team oriented environment
