On Tuesday, August 17th we hosted an exclusive wine tasting event in the Seasons Winebar with some fabulous foodies, media, and wine lovers alike.

Treats for Tweeters
was a special event held in the Seasons Winebar for some of our most favorite and frequent tweeters. And what better way to entertain these certified foodies than with great food and BC wines?

Christine Fawcett of Keystone Fine Wines poured three unique and delicious wines from Okanagan's Blue Mountain Winery and imparted some of her vast knowledge of their vineyard, the wine making process, and interesting tasting notes. You can find Blue Mountain Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Sparkling Brut on our wine list.

Guests enjoyed Blue Mountain Gold Label Sparkling Brut to start, followed by their 2008 Pinot Blanc, and finally their 2008 Pinot Noir. To finish,we served Seasons' new, summertime, cucumber gin martini, Summer In The Park. Executive Chef Buddy Wolfe specially prepared canapés toaccomany each of these delicious beverages.

This event provided an opportunity to clink glasses with local food writers and give them a taste of our winebar. All in all, a successful night of Treats for Tweeters.
