The Sequoia Card loss protection benefit requires cardholders to register your card online. In the event a card is lost or stolen, the registered card must be reported online. See Manage Your Account.
When a card is reported lost, the outstanding balance will be removed from the card. A replacement card will be mailed to the cardholder with the remaining balance from the lost card. If a card is stolen and an unauthorized user redeems the value of the card before it is reported, the card balance will be lost. Once a card is reported lost or stolen, it cannot be reversed.
